14/05/08 - The Bristol Expo was an unrivaled success and there will be a review coming shortly. A huge shout to Alan, Ian, Smurf, Fish, D, Declan, Kristian, John, the gorgeous Rodney Ramos and all the other folks we chatted to and partied with over the weekend and (most especially) all the lovely folks who bought our books and gave us such wonderful feedback - see y'all at Birmingham in Oct!
The new site layout took a little longer than expected (as always) but should be going up piecemeal this weekend.

07/05/08 - If you're in the south of England, make sure to check out our little interview in this weeks issue of Venue magazine as part of their feature on the Bristol comic expo!

06/05/08 - Please bare with us while there is a bit of  'behind the scenes' work on the site. It should all be finished soon.
If you're in the south west UK this weekend make sure to check out the Bristol Comic Expo! It's going to be an awesome show and we'll be on hand with books and sketches and all the usual stuff!

19/04/08 - FAM is very pleased and proud to announce our newest member, writer extraordinaire Dan Hunt!!
We'll be integrating Dan's work into the site over the next week and we have a shed-load of new projects in the works.
I can't tell you how excited i am to have Dan on board and having a writer of his talent working with us the future looks very bright indeed!
I'm going to be remodeling the front page a little over the next couple of weeks as part of the integration process so there may be a little downtime but hopefully i can keep that to a minimum.

08/04/08 - New stuff New stuff!!  Yay!  A brand new Mallory-chan page is up here for your surreal entertainments and this months column is also (finally) up. There should be a few more updates this week too (there are at least 3 new bob pages coming, the Thing '08 report and this weeks HM).
Unfortunately our email server was hit by a spam bomb on Sunday so if anyone has sent us mail that we haven't replied to in the last few days, could you please send again. Thanks :)

05/04/08 - Finally the Web Store is back up!!  We have the first 2 issues of our new anthology up for sale and some new original artwork too. We're still having supplier problems with the clothing so sorry about that but we are making headway.

26/03/08 - With the general madness that is the start of the convention season over with, things are starting to get back on track here at FAM. Please bare with us over the next week as we'll be tweaking a few of the main pages, getting the store back online and updating the webcomics again.
A massive thank you to all the lovely folks who bought some books at the London show (and even more so to all the very lovely peoples who took the time to drop me an email! Nothing brightens up my day like a happy email!). Our next public appearance will be at the Bristol Expo on the 10th & 11th may (yay! home town con!) and we'll be hanging around the movie showings on the Friday as well.
After that, Mal will be heading for New York (see above) and i'm VERY happy to announce here that we will now be attending the Birmingham International Comic Show on the 4th & 5th of October and premiering Left of Centre #3 there as well!!
These are fantastic times to be involved in the British small press scene and we're making the most of it!

19/03/08 - It's that time of the year when we run around like headless chickens getting everything ready for the first show of the season!!  yep, we're off to the capital for the UK Web & Mini Comix Thing! The books are all done bar the shouting and i'm just finishing up the final touches to everything else.
We're at table 68 this year, just head through the doors and look right to see our (very hung over) grinning little faces!
We'll be sketching and just hanging out all day so come over and say hello : )

25/02/08 - Right, things are being set in motion for a bit of a site re-launch in May/June (well, it's been a over 2 years since i remade the site last! pretty good going for me really) so there will be a fair bit of site disruption but trust me, it's going to be worth it!  The books are just about ready to print, i'm just waiting for a few more things to come in and maybe i have time to finish one more story as well. Look out for our next bit of 'outside' work over at the lovely Tony Smith's Queeros in May, it's shaping up to be a great project! We might even get a bit of media coverage out of it which is always a bonus ;)
For anyone coming to see us at London next month, i'm putting aside some time just to sketch stuff beforehand so if you would like something done to order, for FREE drop us a line with any requests.
HM will be restarting next week (probably Monday) and should update weekly till the end of the chapter.

08/02/08 - So much going on right now it's hard to know where to start! Feb is traditionally our busiest month where there is lots of rushing around getting things ready and printed and this year is no different. HM updates will be sporadic for a few weeks i'm afraid while we tidy some other stories up and bury ourselves in mountains of paper and glue. All this effort is in preparation of 2 (yes 2) new books coming at you in March and then a new one every 6 months after that! Exciting times...
Apart from 2 new in-house strips upcoming, I can confirm 2 new freelance stories for the next book as well (i'll post up links when it's all ready).
