TERMS AND CONDITIONS -
EXHIBITORS & TRADERS
Bristol International Comic & Small Press Expo 2011
No booking is binding until full both full payment and
the fully completed booking form have been received.
Tables are allocated on a
first-come-first-served basis. If your preferred table
is already booked we will contact you for an alternative
table number.
For Health and Safety reasons, no more than 2 exhibitors
per 4 foot table, 4 exhibitors per 6 foot table and 6
exhibitors per 10 foot table may be behind a table at
any one time. Your booking includes 2 passes. A further
2 passes for a 6 foot table and 4 passes for a 10 foot
table, may be purchased at the reduced rate of £8 per
pass. If you require any further passes, these must be
purchased via the Bristol show Website at
www.fantasyevents.org
The Fallen Angel Media must be advised of the names of
any and all guests you may have appearing at your table
over the course of the weekend. Guests may be granted a
free pass at the discretion of the Producers. The
limitations in respect of exhibitor numbers behind the
table remains applicable.
If your stand includes clothing, please note that no
clothes rails may be left in any aisle or access way. If
you require additional space for clothing racks or
stands, please book your table accordingly.
10 foot tables are for hire to single publishers only
and are not available for multiple publisher sharing
purposes. Any exhibitors booking found to be misleading
in the matter will have their booking cancelled without
refund.
Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Fallen
Angel Media it may be required that the planned table
layouts be changed before the show date.
Though every effort will be taken to allocate your
chosen table number and position, table layouts are not
subject to final confirmation until 2 weeks before the
show date when the final layout will be released to all
exhibitors and traders.
Cancellations of bookings must be received before 1st
April 2011. We are unable to refund any booking fee
after this date.
All Exhibitors and Traders are expected clear their
space completely before they leave on the Sunday night.
This includes clearing away any and all rubbish / refuse
/ flyers accumulated during the course of the weekend.
Bags will be provided for this purpose.
Although the venue usually provides us with tablecloths,
we recommend that exhibitors bring their own.
