Where do you deliver? |
We are happy to deliver
anywhere in the world. |

What delivery service do
you use and how long does it take? |
Delivery in the UK is by
Royal Mail 1st class. The price between 1st & 2nd class
mail is negligible but we can use 2nd class if requested
and relay the saving back to you. 1st class post usually
arrives the next day but it can take as long as 3 days in
some areas. 2nd class can take up to a week.
Delivery to mainland Europe, the United States and the
rest of the world is by Royal Mail Surface post. The
difference in cost between Surface post and Airmail is
quite substantial but we are happy to use airmail and can
quote a price on request. Surface mail usually takes
around 1 to 1½ weeks but can
take up to 3 weeks in some areas. Airmail usually takes 2-4 days. |

What payment methods do
you accept? |
We accept all forms of
credit card, personal cheques and postal orders.
Credit cards are processed using
PayPal International or
Nochex
(UK only). Both are well established, trusted
internet financial institutions. All cheques must clear
into our account before any products are released.

Is your Web Store secure? |
We use industry standard
128bit SSL security when taking ANY personal details via
Mal's E-Commerce. These details are not stored locally
unless you click the 'save details' checkbox and then they
are only accessible via one secure terminal. Only your
Name and postal Address are stored by ourselves for
obvious reasons.
No credit card details are seen or kept by us at all and
are all processed via the 3rd party affiliate (PayPal or
Nochex). |

What is your returns
policy? |
We at FAM run a fair policy
scheme. If you are at all unhappy with the any product you
receive for any reason, you may return it for a full
refund of the product value.
We regret that we cannot refund postage costs. However,
all items must be returned in the condition in which you
received them for a refund to be given. Any clothing must
be unworn and tags still attached. |

Where do i send my
returns? |
A receipt will be attached
to your item/s showing all details of your purchase and a
return address. |

What are 'pre-loved'
Items? |
As all our clothes are hand
printed/altered and are unique to you and only you we hunt
through the cities stores and the web looking for the best
quality garments and fashions that we can at an affordable
price. Often the best finds come from wholesalers, seconds
boutiques and the 'posher' charity shops and we refer to
these items as 'pre-loved'. All items that are not 'brand
new' are thoroughly laundered by ourselves prior to
printing. |

Do you seriously make all
this stuff yourself? |
Yes. The books, comics,
posters etc. are printed, trimmed, stapled and thermally
bound by hand (usually by Mal). The silk screen printing
is all performed by hand and any additional painting,
touch-ups and alterations are all done by Mal. |
